I am feeling fortunate to
introduce to you myself Dr
Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, a post
doctoral researcher in
semiconductor Technology. I have
completed my doctor degree
(Ph.D.) in Engineering from
Department of Applied Physics,
Aligarh Muslim University (a
central university of India)
Aligarh in September, 2010.
Earlier I did my M.Sc. in
Physics (Solid State Physics as
specialization) and B.Sc. in
Physics Chemistry and
Mathematics from D.D.U.
Gorakhpur University in the year
2004 and 2002 respectively. I
had started my research career
in the year of 2005 as Project
Assistant at Central Electronics
Engineering research Institute
(CEERI) Pilani and since then
one by one I am moving towards
the depth of science. I believe
in hard work and sincerity and
this is my key objective.
My current interests
include design and fabrication
of High power
devices/Nano-electronics
devices/MEMS
Technology/Epitaxial Graphene. I
have a sound theoretical
background of semiconductor
devices physics, VLSI technology
and basic Physics. I am highly
research motivated person and
having a sufficient background
and expertise to carry out the
work.
I belong to a small town
"Nichlaul" situated in the

having loving younger brothers.
One is pursuing his dual degree
M. Tech (Chemical Engineering)
at Delhi University and recently
completed his M.S. from Japan
Advanced Institute of Science
and Technology (JAIST), Japan.
Youngest is rocking in the area
of Electronics as B.Tech student
(final year) at Cochin
University of Science and
Technology (CUSAT), Kerala.
